I work closely with ADHD /AUDHD and AUTISM, with a particular interest in rejection sensitivity disorder, and how a late diagnosis can affect your understanding of yourself and your identity. I offer couples counselling and can work with a wide range of issues, such as Cassandra syndrome, bpd, bereavement, relationships, anxiety and/or depression, suicidal thoughts, and low mood.

I offer face to face sessions in a private therapy room, and online sessions too if that is what you would prefer. I work freelance for a local children’s bereavement charity alongside my counselling work, after volunteering within the charity for 3 years which has helped me to gain more valuable skills for bereavement therapy.
